Shivani is a financial strategy expert with a global and distinguished career in finance at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay, Yum! Brands & Staples Inc.
She was the Global Head in Singapore at Eu Yan Sang International (EYS), a130-year-old company, a leader in Traditional Medicine with a diverse and large product portfolio, with manufacturing facilities, partners in multiple countries and a large retail presence.
Other roles in her career include leading growth and acquisition strategies for Staples Inc., directing strategic and financial planning at Yum! Brands in Singapore for Asia Pacific, Middle East and developing the financial strategy for PepsiCo’s Frito Lays in India.
Shivani is enthusiastic about mentoring start-ups and accelerating early-stage ventures to growth stage. Her interests include consumer markets, food and nutrition, alternative wellness, education and sustainable development.
Shivani is an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), with a Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi.
