Kaushal provides Shared Services for Start-ups. He has expertise in building financial strategies for companies operating in the IT, Mobile, Media and Entertainment, Retail, Travel, Manufacturing and Healthcare space.
Kaushal also conducts financial management workshops for entrepreneurs in partnership with business schools and MSME bodies. Kaushal is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis, USA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi.

Namit is a healthcare technology leader with 20+ years of experience at Reventics, Mathlogic, Sutherland Global, Medi Assist, Apollo Health Street, and Emedlife, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
Namit is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and operational excellence across global markets. With a strong foundation from IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, he has consistently driven innovation and value creation in the healthcare and technology sectors.
As Chief Innovation Officer at Reventics (post-acquisition by Omega), Namit leads digital transformation initiatives, enhancing the Omega Digital Platform (ODP) to deliver superior operational and financial outcomes. Prior to that he was President of Healthcare Division at Mathlogic, where he served Providers, Payers, and ACOs in the U.S., optimizing performance and patient outcomes through value-based care analytics.
Previously, as Senior Vice President at Sutherland Global, he managed a cross-geographical team of over 3500 professionals, driving $100 million in revenue across the Asia Pacific healthcare vertical. As Chief Operating Officer at Medi Assist, India’s largest Third-Party Administrator (TPA), he led transformative initiatives, scaling revenues, optimizing the claims platform, and overseeing over ₹1,500 crores in premiums.
Namit played a pivotal role at Apollo Health Street, setting up Global Delivery Centers, implementing Lean and Six Sigma-driven quality improvements, and leading AHS to be ranked #1 in the Black Book of Outsourcing in 2008. Earlier, as a co-founder of Emedlife Health Services, he introduced cashless hospitalization in India, pioneering a web-based claims processing platform that set industry benchmarks before being acquired by Apollo Hospitals Group.
